Delivery & Returns


Delivery works on a 7-21 day basis. (In certain cases it can exceed this but we will discuss this with you)

We will email you once we have received the order to update you and keep you informed of your delivery date. All orders will vary on delivery date.

All our deliveries are signed for Postal services using our courier service. 

Customers can get in touch with us through the help chat at any time to update their delivery instructions, within reason.

We are unable to accommodate next day delivery as we work on a just in time basis with our suppliers across Europe.

Ought2 cannot take responsibility for lost orders once delivered to your safe place. It is a driver procedure to obtain a signature for any orders left as requested by the customer.

Delivering to Commercial Property or Residences of Restricted Parking.

If drivers are required to deliver your Ought2 order via a loading bay, please track your order and notify the necessities on your end. It is your responsibility to book our drivers ahead of time. Failure to do so will result in a missed delivery.​

Shipping Fees

Our Delivery fees are based upon the weight and size of your order. Everything sold on our website has a set fee associated with these credentials.

The Delivery fee will be displayed in the basket as you follow the checkout process. 

All Deliveries are inclusive of VAT.

Our prices and fees may seem higher than other retailers, this is due to our ongoing pledge to protect the planet ensuring we work to be 100% sustainable. ​


When ordering a live product remember it is a natural live product. We will ensure the plant delivered to you is as close look wise to the plant pictured on our website, and the size you have chosen. As with all living things, there is some natural variation in both size and shape.

If you’re unhappy with your plant for any reason, contact us within 30 days using the chat box in the bottom right-hand corner of the web page, or email

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on the plants, as they are living we cannot control what happens whilst it is in your possession. Unless it is still in its original package - please chat with us to discuss.

If you think your plant arrived damaged or unhealthy, please include a photograph of it when you contact us. If we can’t fix the issue or decide it is our responsibility, we will provide a replacement or refund. 

For all non-plant items, you have up to 30 days to request a refund, provided it’s unused and in a re-sale-able condition. To request a return, and for all other enquiries, use the chat icon or email


If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation within 14 days, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them according to our plant care guidelines.
